3. Trade Terms & Logistics (Incoterms)

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a counter-signed commercial contract:

All cross-border freight operations and logistics commitments follow the official ICC Incoterms® specified in the bilateral transaction contract (such as FOB, CFR, or CIF).
Title, risk of transit loss, and insurance responsibilities transfer strictly in accordance with the agreed Incoterms cited in the governing contract.

4. Product Quality, Specifications & Tolerances

Grade Standards: We supply commodities and perishables conforming to the contractual grade, moisture limits, count, and sanitary thresholds agreed upon in the individual commercial contract.
Perishable Variances: Natural agricultural and perishable goods may exhibit standard international industry variations in size, color, or moisture content within acceptable customary tolerances.
Inspection & Clearances: Official pre-shipment inspection certificates (e.g., independent surveyor reports, veterinary health certificates, phytosanitary releases) issued at the loading port constitute definitive evidence of product condition and weight at dispatch, unless otherwise stipulated in the written contract.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
